Scott Bakoss

Scott is the old man of the shop; he’s into the skate culture of the 80s, low brow art, and old school punk rock fliers. In the last 25+ years, Scott has worked in some of the most reputable tattoo shops in the country and alongside some of the best tattoo artists in the world.  He continuously contributes work to art shows and tattoo publications. His tattoos illustrate his deep respect for the foundations and the craft of tattooing. In 2014, Scott opened EPTC, the shop of his dreams, with a stellar crew, and a clientele base that gets it! When he's not at the shop, Scott's riding something with wheels, training jiu jitsu, eating all the amazing food Philly has to offer, and spending time with his wife & son.

Justin Dunwoody

Justin was born in Cape May, NJ, and grew up among the Philly punk and hardcore scene, which would later influence his tattoo interests and artwork.  He favors the imagery, bold lines, and overall weight of traditional Americana and Japanese tattoos. He’s definitely the shop’s go-to guy for Japanese style tattooing. For the first 8 years of his career, Justin worked in South Jersey before joining EPTC. He was the first artist that we hired, and we’re lucky to have him! Justin regularly works at tattoo conventions across the country, paints + paints+ paints, hikes, and hangs with his lady and their dog, Leo.

Weylin Traugott

Weylin started tattooing at the age of 21 in Augusta, GA. He honed his skills in this busy, military town, becoming a strong, well rounded tattooer.  Weylin can literally tattoo in any style—from tribal to portraits and everything in between (and it’s ALL amazing!). We’re stoked that he moved to Philly in 2016 and joined the EPTC crew. Our clients love his polite, southern ways and his eclectic mix of strong, bold colors and softer, finer lines. When Weylin's not tattooing, he's exploring Philly's music scene and skate spots, painting, and hanging out with his family.

MARCO MAZZARELLI

Marco's been into drums, drawing, punk, hardcore, and tattoo culture since a young age. He grew up in the Philly area, met a local tattooer who introduced him to spit shading and painting tattoo flash, —and it was all over from there! He landed an apprenticeship at 18 years old; as he worked his "old school" apprenticeship, he took college level drawing classes, finding himself heavily influenced by renaissance painters and religious iconography as well as graffiti, airbrush and sign artistry. He joined EPTC in 2017 at our flagship location; he's continually inspired by the great tattooers past and present, and his work continues to evolve. Marco enjoys classic American and traditional Japanese style tattooing, and he quickly became known for his West Coast inspired black + grey work.

Stacy Fevinger

Stacy joined EPTC in 2019, bringing with her twenty years of experience as a professional artist and designer. Her tattoos reflect a love of traditional Americana and printmaking, as well as her background as an intuitive, astrologer, and tarot reader. She draws inspiration from the natural and spiritual world, showcasing archetypal and historic imagery, mystical symbolism, flora and fauna in her designs. She's best known for highly customized “channeled” tattoos that utilize energy reading to create imagery specific to the individual’s body and vibrational signature (more here: https://stacyfevinger.com/rl_gallery/intuited-tattoos). Stacy also loves tattooing pieces from her flash sheets, which are influenced by vintage decorative motifs. When she’s not in the studio or her garden, Stacy’s jumping in rivers and lakes, climbing mountains, or catching a classic film at the drive-in.

Doug Hansen

Doug came to tattooing 20+ years ago in Philly. He grew up in the punk-heavy metal scene and his work reflects those early influences. He confidently tattoos in all styles, however he has developed his own unique take on traditional Americana with a gothic edge, and he continues to merge and push the boundaries of these forms. You can count on him to deliver a powerful, expressive tattoo. When he’s not working, he’s cycling, strength training, yoga-ing, and posting pics of his cats.

Gianna phillips

Gianna started tattooing in 2015, but when you see her work you’ll swear she’s been at it for decades! She focuses on bold Americana traditional designs with her own illustrative style, and she nails it– Every.Single.Time. She has tattooed across the country, and has clientele continually traveling from all over the world to see her. She is a talented and humble artist who feels extremely grateful to have found a home at EPTC, to be doing the work that she loves, in a city that she loves. When she’s not tattooing, she’s painting and drawing with all different mediums; enjoying The Sopranos, rap, hardcore, Philly sports, gardening, her pups, the Jersey Shore (the place + the show!), and she is always down for a good pizza.

Jane Harbour

Jane moved back to Pennsylvania in 2023 after a10 year hiatus; she’s been living + tattooing all over the country, most recently in Jacksonville + Gainesville, FL. She’s happy to return to the land of seasonal changes, fast-talking people, and wudder ice–and we’re happy that she re-homed here at EPTC. Her illustrative style adheres to the foundations of traditional tattooing; and generally speaking, she specializes in making cool tattoos! She is a talented and versatile artist who appreciates being stretched creatively and working with all different kinds of folks. She was inspired early on by Saturday morning cartoons + comic books, and continues to find inspiration on hikes, at punk shows, and in musty book stores.  Welcome home to Jane, her husband, + their pup Patti!
