Founded in 2014 by Philadelphia veteran artist Scott Bakoss, Eastern Pass Tattoo Co. is more than just a studio—it’s a space where art, tradition, and community come together.
At Eastern Pass, we’ve built a beautiful and private environment where artists and clients collaborate freely, pushing creative boundaries while honoring the craft and tradition of tattooing.
