Scott Bakoss

Scott is the veteran of the shop—the “old man” in the best sense. Rooted in the skate culture of the ’80s, lowbrow art, and old-school punk flyers, his influences run deep. Over the last 25+ years, he’s worked in some of the most reputable tattoo shops in the country and alongside some of the best artists in the world.

His work has been featured in art shows and tattoo publications, and his tattoos reflect a deep respect for the foundations and craft of tattooing. In 2014, Scott opened Eastern Pass Tattoo Co.—the shop of his dreams—building a space for creativity, tradition, and a clientele who truly “get it.”

When he’s not at the shop, you’ll find him riding something with wheels, training jiu jitsu, eating his way through Philly’s food scene, or spending time with his wife and son.
