Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to book an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome every day if time allows. Larger or more detailed designs are usually best suited for appointments. All appointments require a $100–$200 non-refundable deposit, which goes toward the final cost of your tattoo.

How much will my tattoo cost?

We don’t provide quotes over the phone or online. Our shop minimum is $100, and our hourly rate is $200. The best way to get an accurate estimate is to visit the studio, discuss your design and placement, and let us evaluate how long your tattoo will take.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can hold your deposit toward a future appointment. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available and valid for 12 months.

How should I prepare for my tattoo appointment?

Get a good night’s sleep, eat a solid meal, and stay hydrated. Avoid alcohol or blood-thinning medications before your appointment. Wear comfortable clothing that gives your artist easy access to the area being tattooed.

What should I bring with me to my tattoo appointment?

If it’s your first time at our shop, bring a valid photo ID (you must be 18+). We also recommend bringing anything you need to stay comfortable—like water, a snack, or headphones.

Can my family and friends come to my tattoo appointment?

We understand how exciting it is to get a tattoo, but our space is limited. If you bring someone with you, they may need to wait in the lobby. If the waiting area is full, we kindly ask them to enjoy one of the many restaurants or cafés nearby until your session is over. Large groups will be asked to wait outside.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards.

Do you do piercings as well?

We specialize exclusively in tattoos—no piercings here.

What safety and sanitation practices do you follow?

We maintain the highest standards of sterilization and cleanliness. All equipment is single-use or sterilized before each session. Artists wear fresh nitrile gloves and disinfect work surfaces before and after every client. Tools are cleaned, processed, and sterilized using proper biohazard protocols. And all artists are trained and certified in Bloodborne Pathogens, Infection Control, CPR, First Aid, and Disease Transmission Prevention.

How do I take care of my tattoo?

Your artist will provide detailed aftercare instructions, but in general: keep the tattoo clean, avoid sun, swimming, and picking at scabs, and apply a thin layer of approved ointment as directed. Proper aftercare ensures your tattoo heals well and lasts a lifetime.

Do you make custom tattoos?

Absolutely. Our artists love collaborating to create unique, custom designs tailored specifically to you. Bring your ideas, references, or inspirations, and we’ll make it happen.
