Scott Bakoss

For more than 20 years, Scott has worked in some of the most reputable tattoo shops in the country and alongside some of the best tattoo artists in the world.  He continuously contributes work to art shows and tattoo publications. His tattoos illustrate his deep respect & interest in both traditional Americana & Japanese art. He’s best known for being highly capable of tattooing in all styles and on all people. Scott opened EPTC in 2014, and prides himself on working closely with his clients to create the tattoos they love. When he's not at the shop, Scott's stoked to ride his motorcycle, train jiu jitsu, eat all the amazing food Philly has to offer, and spend time with his wife & son.

Justin was born in Cape May, NJ, and grew up among the Philly punk and hardcore scene, which would later influence his tattoo interests and artwork.  He favors the imagery, bold lines, and overall weight of traditional Americana and Japanese tattoos. He worked at A1 Tattoo in Franklinville, NJ for the first 8 years of his career before joining EPTC in 2015. Justin regularly works at tattoo conventions across the country, paints, and hangs with his lady and their dog, Leo.

Before he started his tattoo career, Chris attended Hussian School of Art in Philadelphia, and worked as a screen printer and poster printer (Awesome Dudes Printing).  His graphically inventive tattoos reflect his strong artistic background.  Chris later apprenticed at Living Arts Tattoo in New Hope, PA, where he quickly developed his own unique take on western tattooing--blending the traditional with the psychedelic. He joined EPTC in the spring of 2015. In his free time, Chris enjoys trail riding, hiking, and traveling with his wife.

Weylin started tattooing at the age of 21 in Augusta, GA. He honed his skills in this busy, military town, becoming a strong, well rounded tattooer.  Lucky for us, he moved to Philly in 2016 and joined the EPTC crew. Our clients love his polite, southern ways and his eclectic mix of strong, bold colors and softer, finer lines. When Weylin's not tattooing, he's exploring Philly's music scene and skate spots, and chilling with his wife and their dogs.

When she's not making eyebrow magic, she's with her animals, on her motorcycle, or out and about.
